This can happen after a TV factory reset or network change. Re-enter the PIN shown on your TV — you'll only do this once per TV.
Beam talks directly to the TV over Wi-Fi. If commands lag, your router may be isolating devices (AP/client isolation) — disable it for your home network.
Open Beam → Settings → Manage Subscription, or go to your Apple Account settings. Restore Purchases is in Beam's Settings too.
